To the hypocrite "Dear Evan Hansen" dramaturg and the NY City Center board head who builds a wall around him!

To the hypocrite "Dear Evan Hansen" dramaturg and the NY City Center board head who builds a wall around him!  info about the victim's lighter side, he's not all kvetch all the time.  Correcting  scofflaws is a positive thing!

Top "show doctor" Jack Viertel  diagnoses  harmless Tourettes, based on one, count it one, phone call and six emails he was cc'd on    as a scary mental illness needing immediate treatment, police action and destroys a family, and the Board & City Center lawyer to address it just keeps on retaliating against the disabled victim.

Time to re-name it the Jeff Sessions Encores Season!
Half a Sick Pence!
Your Arms Too Short To Fight My Rich White  Liberal Image!
And our inaccessible gala (go sue us; LOL, that's right, we made sure you lost your lawyer last week!)  Hey, Overlook Me!

Now, they've ripped away our attorney (our only law firm since the 1990s) to make sure I couldn't take any action even if we could raise the money.

Imagining “Dear Evan Hansen” dramaturg Jack Viertel and guiding complicit producer Ms. Mindich (head of City Center Board) serenade the Encores Board with the City Center Human Rights rules,  as Ms. Mindich and the City Center Board builds a wall of cruel silence around Jack Viertel.

Tune of Waving through a Window (parody)
(no offense to the brilliant writers, stagers & artists, who felt it)

Evan:  (to Adelaide the dog)  Have you ever felt like nobody was there?

Jack:  Evan, why don’t you go play in the middle of the street?   And get the leash and take Adelaide with you.     That'll take care of both problems.  We don't need him for research now that the show's written, right?

Stacey:  Maybe the mood in the country will change again.  Let's keep him around.  !Evan, we’ll find you much later, after we have our meeting and re-price the partial view seats for San Francisco!   (yells) Try to stop twitching, OK?

Jack:  Now, great news!  Our attorney Neil Rossini says both cyberstalking and Human Rights retaliation are now legal if the victims are poor, so....

We learned that when you produce
You have to choose who will sell your art
You need to play fast and loose
And there’s no time to think with your heart.
If the excluded feel rage
Save your compassion for when it will pay
Put all the feeling onstage
Save all the heart for the play

Step hard, step hard on their rights
If they don’t grow the gross
Big deal, they feel bias bites
So why not add a crueler dose.

On the inside locking people out
But I’m seeing someone questioning our clout
So I’m type, type, typing out a text
“He’s raving like a weirdo”

They - try to say we’re subject to the law.
And I laugh so hard it starts to hurt my jaw
And they look, look, look at us perplexed
Behaving like a weirdo

We will not say this twice
To us, their rights are just a - plot device!

When you step on people’s rights, and they have no way to sue
Did they ever have those rights, do the laws apply to you
When you step on people’s rights, and they have no way to sue
Did they ever have those rights, do the laws apply to you
When you step on people’s rights, and they have no way to sue
Did they ever have those rights, do the laws apply to you
When you step on people’s rights, and they have no way to sue
Did they ever have those rights, do the laws apply to you
What the hell are civil rights
How did he get civil rights
That's just for wealthy, healthy whites
How did she get civil rights

(repeat from). On the inside locking people out, etc.

(big finish)
OK, sure, we'll say it twice
To us, their rights are just a - plot device!

To try to draw attention & even try to laugh a little thru very serious, damaging abuse by powerful of the weak member of a protected class, someone Encores seems to have decided was expendable:
"You Got Disabilities" - parody Encores Superman
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGOX4ygvozY
"You've Got Disabilities" is a parody of "You've Got Possibilities" and Encores' ...SUPERMAN with revised book by Jack Viertel, score by Strouse & Adams

Please.  This is cruel.  Someone at City Center answer me. The only reaction from City Center Encores or its Board since August 12 that  I've seen is "Dear Evan Hansen" ads suddenly being pushed and paid for at Talkin Broadway for the very first time in its smash Broadway run, and that my spouse's attorney Elliot at Franklin Weinrib, his only attorney since 1992, won't advise or represent him any more because of this matter with me that Elliot's partner Neil Rosini incredibly created.  (Sounds like Jack would likely have wanted the show to have another ending, like maybe Evan chased up a tree and pelted to death with apples from the orchard, from the way Jack deals with protected classes in real life!)
